Fall in love with movement: belly dance!

 

No coordination, balance, rhythm, or experience necessary! Jump in with a willing spirit, and you'll improve faster than you ever expected. 

 

I'll introduce core toning exercises, so bring a yoga mat! 

 

What to wear: yoga pants, comfortable skirt, hip scarf (you can find them on Amazon)

 

What to bring: yoga mat and water

 

This course starts Tuesday, May 5, 6:10-7pm.

 

Location: 114 W. Poinsett St. Second Floor (parking and entrance on Few St.)

 

Ages 18+

Please do not bring children.

You may transfer the class to the next four-week session before the classes start.

 

If you miss a class during the session, that will not roll over into the next session.
