Goal Setting for Belly Dance: Let's Make a List!

Now we're on to the fun part of goal setting--the part you probably wanted to start out with anyway!

You're going to brainstorm possible goals based on the work you did on Monday and Tuesday.

You see, now that you know what you actually enjoy, you can add more of that to your life instead of adding the stress of having to hit a goal!

This is the day to go wild, because tomorrow evening will pare the goals down to manageable portions.

You can do this in a couple of ways.

  1. Create a master list with every goal you'd like to accomplish in the next 90 days.

  2. List your main categories such as accomplishment, craft, and community and put goals underneath each.

  3. Look at your memorable moments and make goals willl help you improve on each item you wrote down.

  4. Divide your list into belly dance terms such as technique, musicality, choreography, etc. and write lists underneath these.

Whatever you do, write the lists! This helps your mind and body connect to them.
