Make movement part of your morning routine with Morning Dance Fitness!
Offered three times a week (MWF 6:30am), this dance workout class will focus on core strength and mobility.
Most of the moves will be from belly dance, but I'll add Bollywood, salsa, modern, and more as the mood hits!
You can drop in for $15 or pay for the entire month (3 sessions/week) for $75.
This series is NOT included with the Unlimited Belly Dance Package.

$45 for five class pass (must be used within three months)

Bring water and a yoga mat!
